About Us

Our Mission
DogServices is dedicated to being Richmond’s finest training, daycare and boarding facility for dogs.

Humble Beginnings
DogServices was founded in 1990 by Donna Crumpler and was originally located in her home.  In 1999, when demand for her quality service exceeded the limitation of her home, Donna relocated to 2109 Spencer Road.  In 2002, Little DogServices and CatServices opened at 4916 West Marshall Street.  Donna continues to train at both facilities.

About the Staff
The staff at DogServices strives on a daily basis to provide you and your pet with the best care available.  Our staff is required to be trained in Pet First Aid through the American Red Cross.  We believe in not only hiring the best employees but also training and retaining them. Unlike most kennels we do not hire temporary staff for the peak seasons and holidays.  We feel that only long term employees who know your pet’s likes and dislikes can provide the quality of care you expect and your pet deserves.  We take pride in our ability to provide personalized care not available at larger facilities.  Additionally, we welcome the opportunity to make you and your dog a part of our DogServices family!
